Rockstar Energy Drink, 16 Ounce Can (Pack of 24)

As I work nights, I've tried almost EVERY energy drink out there. They usually taste like vitamin-y candy.

This is the best (besides Juiced Guava... Less calories. When you drink 2 a night, that adds up).

As I sit here, sipping the lovely purple liquid, I contemplate how to describe the flavor. Sweet, hint of fruity? I dunno, but it's VERY enjoyable. I visit 7-11 nightly, was all bummed out because they were out. Got Monster instead and whined at my 7-11 guy. He told me to put the Moster back and went and grabbed me some from his stash in the back. What a winner!! :-)

I like RockStar Zero Carb (blue can) WAY more than Redbull or Bawls. Though I do enjoy Monster's HitMan energy shots, though too much caffiene too fast. Prefer to slowly consume throughout my shift....

Hope this helps someone.

WOW Baking- Oregon Oatmeal Cookies, All Natural, Wheat & Gluten Free, 12 oz tub

I love WOW cookies and feel they are better than their 'wheat' counterparts by far. I have really never been a fan of oatmeal cookies until I tried these...all I can say is they are better than any I have ever made or eaten and that includes my mom's which are really good. One of the reasons I've never really liked oatmeal cookies is because most have raisins in them, which I do not like, but these have soft cranberries instead. The taste and texture is fantastic and you would NEVER know they were not made with wheat flour. Another soft and delicious cookie from WOW! Gotta love the name which stands for With Out Wheat.

Erin Baker's Breakfast Cookies, Oatmeal Raisin, 3-Ounce Individually Wrapped Cookies (Pack of 12)

I've eaten Erin Baker's Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast cookies as well as the Double Chocolate variety. For meal replacement, I prefer the Oatmeal Raisin -- they aren't so sweet and treat-like that I'm tempted to eat more than one (which has happened with the chocolate ones -- and at around 300 calories each, that's not a good idea for somebody who'd like to drop a few pounds.) I stopped buying the Chocolate ones because they were just too tempting. The Oatmeal Raisin ones do a good job of getting me through the morning (or afternoon) without feeling hungry. I put them straight into the freezer when they arrive -- I either let them thaw naturally (for lunch at work) or toast them (with the toaster oven on medium darkness.) They are great toasted, giving off the scent of a fresh-baked oatmeal cookie and toasting adds a slight crunch to the outside of the cookie. Cooking them in a microwave works ok (30 seconds in an 800 watt oven), but I haven't nuked one since finding out how great they are toasted!

Haribo Gummi Candy, Original Gold-Bears, 5-Ounce Bags (Pack of 12)

First of all I would like to say that HANDS DOWN, Haribo makes the best Gummi Candies. It's true. If you've ever tried another brand, you'd know and once you try Haribo, you'd never go back!

These Haribo Gummi Candy Gold-Bears are just Bursting with Flavor! They are soft and chewy. (But not so soft that they are sticky and stick to your teeth)! I've loved these since I was young and now my son loves them too. They come in about six different flavors and each one is yummy! You also get a good mix of colors and flavors. They're a great snack and most people can eat them because they're not a "chocolate-type candy" where you'd have to worry about allergies.

They arrived at my home fresh and delicious. Everyone that's stopped by has had the temptation to eat some. But, I do recommend the five pound bag over the pack of twelve. You get approximately a pound and a half more in the five pound bag for about .50 more!

Speaking of the Five Pound Bag, the price is a true VALUE! These cost so much at the market or candy store at the mall per pound! And these are the same exact bears, but you don't have to worry if everyone has touched them or how long they've been out in the open before you came along to scoop them up in your bag! That's a big plus for me!

I definitely recommend these gummi bears, they are a sweet and delicious treat and the VALUE is phenomenal! I will definitely be ordering more and different kinds. We all have our favorites!

Annie's Homegrown Berry Patch Organic Bunny Fruit Snacks, 5-Count Pouches (Pack of 4)

My family first became hooked on Annie's products when we tried the delicious mac and cheese. I've been on something of a crusade to eliminate high fructose corn syrup from our diets, as well as unsavory chemical preservatives. My five-year-old has always been a big fan of fruit snacks but I normally hate giving them to her as they are no healthier than candy.

While I won't claim that these are 100% healthy, I can say that they are completely free of all the artificial and highly processed junk that goes into their cheaper counterparts. Yes, they are pricier than other "fruit" snacks on the market but the higher price tag on these comes along with higher quality. I'm more than willing to shell out the extra cash if it means that my daughter will be ingesting fewer chemicals and less corn syrup.

What's more, my daughter not only loves the taste of these, I do as well. Other brands have a very artificial too-sweet flavor while these taste like real fruit juice. I was surprised at how good they are as I normally avoid fruit snacks because of the taste. I also like the texture of these. They are chewy but smoother and will dissolve in your mouth if you suck on them. They don't have that weird hardness or lumpy sort of quality that other fruit snacks do.

Pure Bar Organic Bars 12 ea

This bar is the closest thing I've ever experienced to eating a brownie fresh from the oven in a packaged food. I have no idea how the folks at Pure Bar managed to make a chocolate bar that tastes so much like baked goods, using only raw and living ingredients, but it's wonderful that they have, and I mean to buy several more cases. Any of the store bought brownies you've had won't satisfy you like this will - Entemanns and Hostess are not nearly as delicious and warm-tasting, and the health food and energy bars I've had that are chocolate flavored always end up tasting like wheat germ or oats. It's easy to carry, one bar fills me up, and as a chocolate fan, I am happy to see that Pure Bar uses raw cacao powder - the real deal, and not carob chocolate substitutes. You can definitely taste the difference. This particular Pure Bar product makes for the best tasting snackfood or dessert I've ever eaten out of a wrapper, and unless you're on a completely raw vegan diet, it's going to be better for you than whatever meal you ate just beforehand! If you like chocolate like I do, you're going to love this. It's a soft, gooey brownie, pure and simple, walnuts and all.

Raw Revolution Organic Live Food Bars, Coconut and Chocolate, 2.2-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12)

I originally went on amazon to purchase some bars from Go Raw, which I'd only recently tried for the first time. Naturally, while I was looking for those, amazon recommended Raw Revolution's bars as a product others had also viewed/purchased. So, I ordered a couple boxes of them, since they seemed like a good value. When they arrived in yesterday's mail, I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried the Coconut Chocolate flavor in particular. The Spirulina bar is also satisfying; the Coconut Chocolate was my instant favorite, however.

I love the simple, whole-food based ingredients, and the sense of nutrient density that comes in each bar. I am sure that when I use them for their intended purpose, during extended athletic competitions or during a long round of disc (frisbee) golf, or during a game of ultimate frisbee, they will be even more appreciated.

If you're looking to get away from the high fructose corn syrup sweetened bars and or want to just get something that is easy, very healthful, and tasty, these bars should be great for you.

EnviroKidz Organic Koala Crispy Rice Bars, Chocolate, 6-Count Bars (Pack of 6)

These bars have a lovely chocolate flavor, but it isn't intense. There are no chunks or chips or chocolate, but rather just the entire bar is chocolate flavored.

The organic and gluten-free ingredients are pleasing to me, and I feel they are of high quality.

There is no high fructose corn syrup, thank goodness, in these bars. They do contain invert cane juice, which is 1/2 fructose. So, if you have an intolerance to fructose, keep this in mind.

These bars remind me of Rice Krispie Treats, though not quite as dense or sticky. They can be messy for small children, but what kid doesn't like messy food? They stay very soft and fresh in their individual wrappers, too.

I'd highly recommend this snack for adults or kids with gluten-free diets, or those looking for a yummy and sweet organic snack!

Coombs Family Farms 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup Grade B, 32-Ounce Jug

Having grown up in sugar maple country and bought syrup from the farmers in unmarked gallon cans ('store syrup' never entered our house), I have plenty of experience with maple syrup. [Tip: maple trees and maple syrup are 'organic' by definition. Farmers who tap trees add nothing. Don't pay more for 'organic'.] At our house we 'sugared off' every Winter. For those who know what I'm talking about, read on. For those who don't have any idea, you may be happy with this product.

The Good: This syrup is priced right (purchased at $17.31). It is a good buy and you should not be shy at purchasing. It's really about a 3 star minus or 2.5 stars.

The Not So Good: Grade B syrup is normally 'mapley' with caramel notes. This syrup LACKS the strong maple flavors that make it suitable for cooking or a good match for those who like strong flavors, but it does NOT have the complexity or finesse of a Grade A Amber. In short it is rather bland and pedestrian for maple syrup. What we don't know is whether the trees tapped for this label vary from year to year but this batch is uninteresting. I bought it as an alternative to Whole Foods label (about $20) but quite frankly the Whole Foods Grade A Amber has a stronger maple flavor with more complexity and the Whole Foods Grade B is significantly stronger in flavor. I would rate the Whole Foods Grade A Amber as a 4 star minus, and the Grade B as 4-5 stars.

YummyEarth Organic Lollipops, Assorted Flavors, 150-Count Container

These have become my absolute favorite candy, second only to chocolate! I took a few handfuls to share at work today and all of my coworkers loved them too.

The first positive thing I noticed about these after they arrived is that the serving size is * 3 * lollies, not just * 1 * -- not that I'm advocating overconsumption of candy, but if you have kids it's good to know that they can eat 3 of these without even getting close to a hundred calories!

The Pomegranate and Berry flavors are traditional "red" flavor, only without the disgusting quality that most regular "red" lollies have of being made out of sugar and synthetic dyes. Mouth-watering!

The Lemon flavor is VERY lemony -- so much so that it tastes like you're chewing and sucking on a real lemon, lemon peel included. At times it can be a little overpowering, but if you love real lemon flavor you'll love this.

The Orange flavor is a typical orange flavor but pleasantly so.

The Watermelon is very similar to the Jolly Rancher ( Jolly Rancher Hard Candies, Assorted Flavors, 7-Ounce Bags (Pack of 12) ) sort of Watermelon, but much, much tastier, with a very clean finish. It is very much like licking a real slice of watermelon.

The package I received also included a mango flavor, much to my surprise! This, also, is fantastic.

Overall I HIGHLY recommend these. They are well worth the price, the package is HUGE, the quality is excellent, and they're natural and organic to boot!

Bali's Best Coffee Candy, 5.3-Ounce Bags (Pack of 12)

The Bali's Best Coffee Candy is still the best on the market!!!

I just received the Bali's Best Coffee Candy from Amazon yesterday and was concerned that it might taste different based on someone's review on Amazon (I have been buying this product for almost 2 years).

Thankfully the product tasted just as wonderful as it always has. It is the best coffee candy on the market - smooth coffee flavor with the right amount of sweetness. In fact, I also called the company to confirm that nothing has changed with the candy. The customer service person confirmed that there has not been any changes - thankfully.

Coffee People, Donut Shop K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 50)

To cut to the chase, this produces a very good MEDIUM roast style cup of coffee...period. Some folks tend to compare all coffees to one another no matter what the bean is and how it's roasted. I do roast my own green beans (home roaster) when I brew a pot of coffee every morning and use the K-Cups when only a single cup is needed. If you don't like that 'in your face' dark roast, dense, heavy style of coffee in the morning (or any time for that matter) this is definitely the coffee for you. It's not bitter, a bit floral, with a true pure coffee taste. Does it match Dunkin Donuts style coffee in taste? I'd say YES to that when using the middle cup size setting on the Keurig brewer....which I use for folks that take milk in their cup, I use the larger cup setting because I drink my coffee black and like that taste profile. The new packaging is OK (you get 2 extra K-Cups for the $$) as long as you have the room in your kitchen to store the larger single box....as opposed to storing the two 24 cartridge boxes.

NOTE: The description of this coffee uses the words "Medium Extra Bold" in it's packaging as opposed to the two 24 boxes version which lead me to think there was now two DIFFERENT varieties of this Donut Shop coffee....so I ordered both (wanted 98/100 anyway) but it turns out that both were the same. Amazon should correct that description and take out 'Extra Bold' so they match each other.

Popchips Potato Chips

I want to start out by saying that i thought at first that a bag with only 120 calories, 4.5 grams of fat (no saturated or trans) for every 19 chips was going to taste like crap. I must say that not only was i wrong, that this is my favorite BBQ chip on the market today. They are light and you cannot taste any fat or grease after eating them. That's because they aren't baked or fried, just popped as their name suggests. These chips are very easy to dip as well. FANTASTIC PRODUCT!
